Who operates this training website?
Defib Training is a dedicated training website for Defib Sales and Training Ltd, company number 09249312. The registered office address is 2530 Aztec West, Bristol, BS32 4AW. Contact the team at sales@defibsalesandtraining.co.uk or 0800 130 3700.
How your enquiry is sent
When you select “Send enquiry”, the contact and training details you entered are transmitted over HTTPS to FormSubmit, our form delivery service, for email delivery to sales@defibsalesandtraining.co.uk. This includes your name, organisation, email, optional telephone number, locations, delegate counts, preferred timing, optional discovery source and any additional message. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so our team can respond to you.
FormSubmit processes these details to deliver the enquiry and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy policy and service documentation. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing.
The website confirms when the delivery service accepts your submission. If delivery cannot be confirmed, it keeps your details on screen and provides email and copy alternatives. Choosing “Copy enquiry” copies the details to your clipboard; opening the email alternative passes them to your own email app, where you must press Send.
The application does not save your form details in browser storage or its own enquiry database. Leaving or reloading the page clears its form state, subject to your browser’s form-handling features. This does not delete information already submitted to FormSubmit or emailed to our team.

Information sent by email or provided by telephone is handled by Defib Sales and Training Ltd under its company privacy policy. That policy contains the company’s information about personal data and privacy rights.

Optional analytics and your choices
Only if you accept, we load Google Analytics to measure page visits, how visitors find us, phone or email link clicks and enquiries accepted by our delivery service. Google receives usage and device information and uses analytics cookies, including _ga cookies, for up to 180 days. We do not send your name, email, telephone number, postcode, message or other enquiry contents to Analytics. Recognised AI referral labels help us understand which services introduce visitors to DST. Query strings, conversation links and enquiry contents are not sent as analytics page addresses. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
You can reject analytics and still use every feature. Use at any time to change your choice. Rejecting stops further collection from this website on this device and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already collected. Website storage and external links
We do not add advertising trackers. Your analytics choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days so we can remember it. The hosting platform and your browser may use technical information or essential storage to provide access. Linked third-party websites and your email service operate under their own privacy notices.
